STEP THREE

REFERENCES

STEPS 4, 5 & 6

STEP 4: Interview

You will be invited for an informal interview with our key worker where you can ask more questions and find out more about the role.

STEP 5: Disclosure

Should we believe you are suitable for the role we will ask you to complete and successfully pass a Disclosure Check in accordance to our safeguarding policy.

STEP 6: Induction

In this final step you will undertake some initial training and introduce you to your team leaders.
